I had a great stay at this hotel in a charming village near Lugano. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and I particularly enjoyed their amazing pizzas. The location was a bit far from Lugano, but it was easily accessible and provided a chance to explore the beautiful surrounding villages. this hotel offered great value for money and I highly recommend it.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

During our Easter break, we stayed at a hotel that was in a great location, close to the main attractions and easy to find. the staff was very friendly and always available to help us with anything we needed. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, which was also very reasonably priced. the rooms were spacious and clean, and we had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
the shower curtain was old and stained, which was a bit off-putting.

The room was poorly isolated, which means we could hear all noises coming from outside and from other rooms. Sleeping was difficult.
